Li-Cycle and DTNA Partner for Sustainable Battery Recycling

Toronto, North America- Li-Cycle Holdings Corp., a lithium-ion battery recycling company, is partnering with Daimler Truck North America (DTNA) to implement a circular economy strategy, cutting carbon emissions.

Li-Cycle and DTNA are teaming up to recycle lithium-ion batteries from DTNA electric vehicles, extending battery lifespans and minimizing material waste. This partnership is a key part of DTNA's sustainability strategy, focusing on repair, remanufacturing, repurposing, and recycling of battery materials.
