Tata Motors and Magenta Mobility MoU for E-mobility in India

Join forces to deploy over 100 Tata Ace EVs, a step towards their vision of electric mobility and decarbonizing logistics in India.

Mumbai- Tata Motors Limited., a commercial vehicle manufacturer, has partnered with Magenta Ev Solutions Private Limited (Magenta Mobility), an E-Mobility solution provider to deploy over 100 units of Tata Ace EVs. This includes more than 60 units of the Ace EV and over 40 units of the recently launched Ace EV 1000. This deployment is part of the memorandum of understanding (MoU) signed between the two companies in October 2023, aiming for 500 units of the Tata Ace EV.

The Ace EV features the EVOGEN powertrain, offering a 7-year battery warranty and a 5-year maintenance package. Its advanced battery cooling and regenerative braking ensure safe, all-weather operation and extended driving range. With regular and fast charging options, it maintains high uptime. Powered by a 27kW motor, it provides excellent pickup and grade-ability, even when fully loaded. Customers have responded positively to its robust performance and near-100% uptime.
