Klepp, Norway - Kverneland Group., an agricultural equipment provider, has unveiled the Alentix 8047 GI, an advanced, high-capacity disc spreader designed to deliver unmatched precision and efficiency under demanding field conditions. Positioned above the company’s current spreader range, the Alentix combines a hopper volume of 2,375 to 4,700 liters with cutting-edge spreading technology, offering farmers greater capacity, reduced downtime, and lower maintenance needs.
At the heart of the new spreader is the RapidRate dosing system, which adjusts fertilizer flow instantly based on factors such as driving speed or Variable Rate Application (VRA) maps. The square-shaped dosing unit, centrally located above the RotaFlow 100 spreading system, ensures uniform distribution without disturbing the spreading pattern—even on slopes or irregular terrain.
The redesigned RotaFlow 100 system provides gentle fertilizer handling, a 100° timings bush for flexible adjustments, and precise section control, making it especially effective in small or irregularly shaped fields.
For accuracy on the move, the Alentix is equipped with four weigh cells and a dual reference sensor, enabling continuous, real-time weighing without recalibration or software filters. By focusing only on hopper weight, the system integrates seamlessly with the tractor linkage, improving stability, reducing lifting requirements, and guaranteeing consistent fertilizer flow regardless of speed or conditions.
Built on a robust frame with an integrated quick hitch system, the Alentix also prioritizes operator convenience. Its rear cover folds into a stable platform for filling or inspection, with a ladder provided for safe access. With working widths of up to 54 meters, the new Alentix spreader sets a new benchmark in fertilizer application, combining higher capacity, precision technology, and smart design for maximum field productivity.
