Basildon, England – Case IH., a brand of CNH Industrial and a farm machinery manufacturer, has announced the appointment of Townson Tractors Ltd., and the expansion of territories for Lloyd Ltd, strengthening its dealer network across Yorkshire, Lancashire and Cheshire.

Townson Tractors Ltd has been appointed to represent Case IH across North and West Yorkshire, the Yorkshire Dales and East Lancashire. The long-established, family-run dealership will expand its Hellifield depot to operate as a dual-branded location, adding Case IH alongside its existing New Holland offering. The company will provide full sales, service and parts support across these territories, supporting livestock and agricultural contracting operations throughout the region.

Mr. Richard Mattinson, Director of Townson Tractors Ltd, said, “The company is proud to represent Case IH across these important farming regions and looks forward to delivering industry-leading machinery and dependable service to customers.”

Following its earlier appointment covering Cumbria, Lloyd Ltd will now expand its representation to include its depots at Garstang and Holmes Chapel, covering North, South and West Lancashire as well as Cheshire. The expansion builds on Lloyd Ltd’s established reputation for customer service and technical expertise, providing comprehensive sales and aftersales support across its extended territory.

Mr. George Lloyd, Managing Director of Lloyd Ltd, said, “The company has been working closely with Case IH and sees strong potential to grow the brand across its expanded areas. The product range has created strong customer loyalty and that experienced teams at both branches are ready to support existing and future customers.”

Mr. David Rapkins, CNH Business Director UK & ROI, said, “Both Townson Tractors Ltd and Lloyd Ltd bring strong regional capability and commitment, ensuring customers receive the highest standards of support.”

Townson Tractors Ltd and Lloyd Ltd will operate alongside existing Case IH dealers until the end of 2026, after which the territories will transfer fully to the newly appointed dealers. The structured transition is designed to ensure uninterrupted customer support and a seamless handover process across all areas.
