New Delhi - Escorts Kubota Limited., has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Tractor Junction to establish a structured framework for the valuation, liquidation and resale of exchanged tractors across its authorized dealership network.

The collaboration aims to help dealers manage growing used tractor inventory generated through exchange-led new tractor sales. Tractor Junction will provide market-based valuation, digital inspection, transaction-backed pricing intelligence and access to its nationwide buyer network to support faster resale and improved price discovery.

Tractor Junction currently facilitates the sale of nearly 500 pre-owned tractors every month through more than 100 COCO dealerships. By combining this network with Escorts Kubota’s dealer reach, the companies aim to improve inventory turnover, unlock dealer working capital and provide customers with more transparent market-linked valuations.

Under the operating framework, participating Escorts Kubota dealers will identify eligible exchange tractors, while Tractor Junction will conduct digital inspections, determine valuations and list the tractors across its buyer ecosystem for matching with verified buyers.

The first phase will be rolled out across Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra, followed by expansion into Gujarat, Telangana and Chhattisgarh.

Mr. Neeraj Mehra, Chief Officer, Tractor Business Division at Escorts Kubota Ltd, said the partnership will provide customers with transparent, market-backed pricing while helping dealers move exchange inventory faster.

Mr. Rajat Gupta, Founder & CEO, Tractor Junction, said the collaboration will bring greater structure, pricing intelligence and market access to the used tractor ecosystem while improving dealer inventory productivity.

The partnership is expected to support the development of a more organized and technology-enabled used tractor market in India while strengthening dealership efficiency and the tractor exchange experience.
