Hanover, Germany – IAA Transportation 2026, organized by the German Association of the Automotive Industry (VDA), is being held from 15 to 20 September 2026 at the Hannover Exhibition Grounds. The international transport exhibition brings together truck and bus manufacturers, light commercial vehicle makers, trailer manufacturers, component suppliers, technology companies and infrastructure providers, with electrification, hydrogen, autonomous driving, charging and connected transport among the major themes.
Daimler Truck AG, a commercial vehicle manufacturer, is showcasing the Mercedes-Benz eActros 600 Lowliner, developed for high-volume long-haul transport. Based on the eActros 600 platform, it features around 621 kWh of installed battery capacity and a range of approximately 500 km. The company is also presenting the eActros 400, with a 414 kWh battery, and its next-generation hydrogen-powered NextGenH2 Truck.
MAN Truck & Bus SE, a commercial vehicle manufacturer, is displaying its expanded electric truck portfolio led by the latest MAN eTGX. The 4×2 configuration offers a range of up to 660 km, while a seven-battery 6×2 version can achieve up to 720 km. The company has also introduced the MAN eTGM, a 16-tonne electric distribution truck that expands its electric portfolio across additional weight classes.
Volvo Trucks Corporation, a commercial vehicle manufacturer, is highlighting the Volvo FH Aero Electric Extended Range, designed for long-distance transport operations with a claimed driving range of up to 700 km. The model represents the company's latest development in battery-electric heavy-duty transport.
Renault Trucks SAS, a commercial vehicle manufacturer, is presenting the Renault Trucks E-Tech T 780, offering a driving range of up to 660 km and payload capacity of up to 27.4 tonnes. The company is also showcasing the urban-focused E-Tech D 12T and D 14T, along with the E-Tech Trafic electric van featuring up to 470 km WLTP range and an 800-volt architecture.
BYD Company Limited, a vehicle and battery manufacturer, is showcasing the BYD ETT 44, a 44-tonne battery-electric tractor featuring a 651 kWh Blade Battery. The truck offers output of up to approximately 1,000 hp, a claimed driving range of up to 600 km and support for high-power charging.
Tesla, Inc., an electric vehicle and energy technology company, is presenting the Tesla Semi for the European heavy-duty transport market. The truck offers a range of up to approximately 550 km at 40-tonne gross combination weight, energy consumption of around 1 kWh/km and charging capability of up to 800 kW.
Ford Otomotiv Sanayi A.Ş. (Ford Otosan), a commercial vehicle manufacturer, is showcasing the Ford Trucks F-Line E, its battery-electric heavy distribution truck targeting the 19-tonne and 26-tonne classes as the company expands its zero-emission commercial vehicle portfolio.
Kia Corporation, an automotive manufacturer, is showcasing the Kia PV7, a dedicated electric Platform Beyond Vehicle designed for passenger and commercial applications. The model features 71.5 kWh and 96.2 kWh battery options, up to approximately 460 km WLTP range, an 800-volt architecture and DC fast charging at up to 350 kW.
Stellantis N.V., an automotive manufacturer, is presenting its new Smart Compact Van through the Stellantis Pro One commercial vehicle business. The vehicle offers a battery-electric range of up to approximately 270 km and will be offered across the group's Citroën, Fiat Professional, Opel and Peugeot brands.
Fiat Professional, the commercial vehicle brand of Stellantis N.V., is showcasing the TRIS electric three-wheeler, featuring a 6.9 kWh battery and a driving range of up to approximately 90 km, targeting urban logistics and last-mile commercial applications.

Skyworth Auto, an electric vehicle manufacturer, is showcasing the Z9 battery-electric heavy-duty truck, incorporating Level 4 autonomous-driving technology as part of the company's push into intelligent and zero-emission commercial transport.
ZF Friedrichshafen AG, a mobility technology supplier, has unveiled the MAXX Uniper air disc brake for heavy-duty commercial vehicles, developed to support upcoming Euro 7 brake-particle emission requirements.
