Blue Diamond Launches Extreme Duty Road Saws

Knoxville, Tennessee – Blue Diamond Attachments, a compact equipment attachments manufacturer, has introduced a new range of Extreme Duty Road Saws designed to cut clean, accurate trenches through asphalt, concrete and rock.

The lineup includes two models offering cutting depths of 6 to 17 inches and 8 to 24 inches. Designed for skid steers and compact track loaders, the attachments can create trenches between 2 and 8 inches wide using interchangeable tooth plate kits.

A hydraulic depth adjustment system allows operators to raise or lower the saw blade for consistent cutting. The road saws are compatible with compact loaders producing up to 65 horsepower and hydraulic flow rates ranging from 21 to 42 gallons per minute.

Operators can hydraulically shift the blade up to 18 inches from side to side without leaving the cab. The attachments also feature a trench-clearing scraper blade and material-flow diverter to remove asphalt and debris during operation, reducing the need for manual cleanup.

Additional features include a depth gauge for improved cut control and a universal skid-steer mounting system for compatibility with various loader brands.

The Extreme Duty Road Saws expand Blue Diamond’s roadwork attachment portfolio, which also includes hydraulic breakers and the Extreme Duty Series 2 Cold Planer. The attachments are covered by a one-year warranty and the company’s satisfaction guarantee.
