Helsinki, Finland- Hiab Corporation., a provider of smart and sustainable load-handling solutions, will showcase its ZEPRO tail lift portfolio at IAA TRANSPORTATION 2026, taking place from 15–20 September in Hanover, Germany.
Together with HAAS Tail Lift Systems GmbH, Hiab will demonstrate integrated vehicle, body and tail lift solutions designed to help fleet operators improve uptime, operational efficiency and lifecycle performance while adapting to growing electrification requirements.
A key focus of Hiab’s presence at the exhibition will be durability and long-term performance. The company will present the ZEPRO-G, which features an upgraded galvanised finish developed for demanding European operating environments.
The ZEPRO-G has undergone 30,000-cycle durability testing and is designed to provide improved corrosion protection. According to Hiab, the enhanced finish can support longer equipment life, reduced lifecycle costs and improved vehicle availability.
Hiab will also display several application-specific tail lift solutions. The ZEPRO Z75 is designed for last-mile and general logistics applications, offering strength, stability and durability for daily operations.
For heavier applications, the ZEPRO Z2000 is designed for waste and recycling operations, combining high lifting performance with durability and all-weather operating capability.
The ZEPRO ZT 2500, a medium-duty slider tail lift, features steel construction, advanced hydraulics, weather protection and user-friendly controls to support reliable operation and efficient maintenance.
Hiab will also showcase the DEL GB1000, a column lift developed for gas cylinder distribution. Available with 1,000 kg and 1,500 kg lifting capacities, the system is designed to improve safety, payload efficiency and operational compliance while supporting higher vehicle uptime.
Visitors to Hiab’s stands will be able to see live demonstrations, compare different tail lift solutions and discuss customised vehicle and fleet integration requirements with company specialists.
Mr. Ross Townshend, Director, Global Product Management, Tail Lifts at Hiab, said “Fleet operators are under constant pressure to keep vehicles moving while controlling lifecycle costs and adapting to changing operational demands. At IAA, we want to show how all that can be achieved with Hiab’s robust equipment, smart integration and service support designed around the realities of daily fleet operations.”
