Las Vegas, USA – Gencor Industries Inc., a heavy machinery manufacturer, is presenting one of the largest outdoor exhibits at this year’s CONEXPO-CON/AGG, highlighting a range of new equipment and digital innovations designed to enhance plant performance, sustainability and operational efficiency.

Among the key highlights is the new G-250 portable drum mixer, which integrates Gencor’s counterflow technology with isolated mixing behind the burner. The compact and rugged unit is engineered for mobility and rapid setup, enabling quick erection and operation without the need for a crane. The company is also featuring a virtual demonstration of its Ultradrum A.R.E. drum mixer, alongside the SE-75 silo and an all-new process control center.

Expanding its focus on sustainability, Gencor is showcasing the new SH series electric thermal fluid heaters. Designed to provide instantaneous process heat without a conventional combustion burner or exhaust stack, the heaters offer a zero greenhouse gas (GHG) emission solution for heating asphalt tanks, hot mix storage silos and other plant components. The SH series is available in multiple sizes to meet varying plant requirements.

The company is also debuting two new technologies aimed at improving monitoring and environmental performance. The NiteVu monitoring system is a cloud-based remote monitoring platform for heaters and asphalt tank applications, accessible via smartphone. It tracks burner functions, temperatures, alarms and sensor data, allowing operators to monitor plant performance from virtually anywhere.

In addition, the new VaporX turbo asphalt vapor condenser is designed to reduce fumes during the loading and unloading of liquid asphalt tanks. Using a wind turbulence exchanger, the system captures vapors and converts them into liquid condensate, which is returned to the tank, helping minimize atmospheric emissions and improve site safety.

Through its latest product launches, Gencor underscores its commitment to delivering environmentally responsible, digitally connected and performance-driven solutions for the asphalt production industry.
