Las Vegas, USA – Tadano Ltd., a lifting equipment provider, will unveil its first aerial work platforms (AWPs) at CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2026, marking its expansion in North America’s access equipment market. The move strengthens the company’s regional presence and builds on its reputation for engineering quality and durability.
Since entering the North American AWP segment in 2025, Tadano has developed a portfolio focused on high-specification applications. The expansion builds on its crane engineering and contractor support capabilities, extending its reach into access solutions for construction, industrial, infrastructure, and municipal sectors.
A key highlight will be the AS-63HD, a heavy-duty telescopic boom lift with a 2,200-pound platform capacity and a spacious platform measuring 13 feet 9 inches by 6 feet 4 inches by 3 feet 7 inches. The model features a single-joystick, four-motion control system enabling precise and simultaneous vertical and horizontal boom movements for improved productivity.
Tadano’s North American AWP lineup includes crawler, wheeled, spider, and truck-mounted configurations. The AS crawler boom series delivers low ground pressure and up to 57 percent gradeability for rough terrain and sensitive surfaces. The AL68 spider lift offers a compact tracked design with outriggers for flexible positioning in confined environments. Wheeled and truck-mounted units add versatility for infrastructure and utility applications.
At CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2026, Tadano will display multiple AWP models, including compact electric articulating crawler booms, telescopic crawler booms, articulated crawler units, heavy-duty telescopic lifts, wheeled booms, and truck-mounted platforms.
With this debut, Tadano positions itself as a broader lifting and access equipment provider in North America.
