We've evolved from first-gen semiconductor-based cooling to a next-generation compressor-based system, delivering up to 4x greater cooling efficiency. This leap in technology enhances performance while reinforcing our commitment to setting new benchmarks for commercial EVs in India.

Q: What are the main challenges in optimising battery range and vehicle efficiency for last- mile delivery operations?

Last-mile delivery operations face a unique set of real-world challenges — frequent stops, unpredictable traffic, varied terrains, and fluctuating payloads — all which impact battery efficiency and range.

At Euler Motors, our advanced Battery Management System (BMS) is designed to adapt to these dynamic conditions. It continuously monitors parameters like temperature, state of charge, and battery health, optimising power distribution and preventing issues such as overcharging, deep discharge, or thermal runaway. This not only safeguards the battery but also enhances energy efficiency and extends vehicle range.

Heat buildup during continuous use is another major challenge. Overheating accelerates battery degradation and reduces efficiency. Unlike traditional air-cooled systems, Euler Motors uses advanced liquid cooling that circulates coolant across battery cells, ensuring consistent thermal regulation. Our proprietary ArcReactor™ platform — ArcReactor100 in HiLoad EV and ArcReactor200 in Storm EV — leverages a vapour compression mechanism to maintain ideal battery temperatures, ensuring longer lifespan, greater range, and more dependable performance.

Battery degradation is one of the biggest concerns for EV operators, especially in high-usage commercial applications where overheating, deep cycling, and unpredictable loads are common. At Euler Motors, we’ve taken a systems-level approach to extend battery life and improve vehicle lifecycle management.

Our proprietary liquid cooling system plays a central role in preserving battery health. Unlike traditional air-cooled setups, our solution circulates coolant uniformly across battery cells, maintaining optimal temperatures even during extreme weather or heavy-duty operations. This significantly reduces the risk of overheating — a key factor in battery degradation — and ensures thermal consistency for long-term durability. At Euler Motors, we’ve built our charging solutions to align seamlessly with the demanding schedules and operational realities of fleet operators. Our goal is simple: to minimise downtime and maximise on-road time.

Our vehicles support fast charging across vehicles — the HiLoad EV can charge up to 50 km in just 15 minutes. The StormEV range takes it further, with the T1250 variant delivering 100 km in 30 minutes, and the LongRange200 variant achieving the same in just 15 minutes. This enables quicker turnaround times and keeps delivery cycles efficient.

Supporting this is the Euler Shepherd app, a smart digital companion for fleet operators and drivers. It enables charging slot reservations to avoid wait times, offers real-time range predictions based on route, weather, and driving patterns, and monitors battery temperature to ensure every charge is safe and optimised.

Together, our fast-charging infrastructure and smart fleet tech help operators reduce delays, optimise vehicle utilisation, and unlock higher efficiency across their operations.

Q: What is Euler Motors' current manufacturing capacity, and how scalable is it to meet increasing demand?

Euler Motors’ state-of-the-art manufacturing facility spans 12 acres (500,000 sq. ft.) in Palwal, Haryana, and is designed for both scalability and efficiency. With an annual production capacity of 36,000 vehicles and backed by an investment of ₹150 crores, the plant features built-in infrastructure and flexible processes. Proprietary systems such as our Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and advanced automation enable us to scale production seamlessly while upholding the highest quality standards.

Q: Are there plans to expand production facilities, and if so, what timelines are you working towards?

At this stage, our priority is to optimize and scale operations at our Palwal facility to meet the rising demand for commercial EVs. Any future expansion of production capacity will be driven by evolving customer needs, demand trends, and the growth of our product portfolio. We’re deeply committed to delivering vehicles that are Made in India, for India – combining innovation, reliability, and value. As we continue to assess market opportunities, we will share further developments at the right time.

Q: How does Euler Motors manage supply chain challenges, particularly regarding battery and semiconductor shortages?

India’s EV supply chain continues to face structural challenges, from limited local availability of battery cells and semiconductors to infrastructure bottlenecks. At Euler Motors, we see these not as roadblocks, but as opportunities to build a resilient and future-ready ecosystem.

We collaborate with suppliers from the R&D stage, co-developing EV-specific components to reduce reliance on imports. This approach has helped us achieve 95% localisation in vehicle components and 90% in battery packs, significantly boosting domestic manufacturing capabilities.

To ensure stability in critical areas like battery cells, we’ve also established long-term global sourcing partnerships. Our supply chain strategy includes supplier diversification, alternative sourcing, and a sharp focus on in-house R&D.

By building these layers of resilience, we ensure consistent product quality and timely deliveries—even in a rapidly evolving industry.

Q: What percentage of your vehicle components are locally sourced, and how do you see localization evolving?

At Euler Motors, localization has been a cornerstone of our strategy to build a robust and self-reliant EV ecosystem in India. Today, we’ve achieved over 95% localization in vehicle components and 90% in battery packs, excluding cells, significantly reducing import dependency and strengthening domestic manufacturing.

As the EV sector matures, we see localization deepening further with advancements in battery tech, power electronics, and indigenous component capabilities. We’re actively investing in R&D, nurturing supplier partnerships, and building a resilient ecosystem. Our goal is not just to localize more, but to lead the shift toward a globally competitive, India-made EV value chain – one that ensures cost efficiency, supply chain security, and long-term sustainability.

Q: What percentage of your vehicle components are locally sourced, and how do you see localization evolving?

We have achieved 95% localization of vehicle components and 90% localization of battery packs, excluding the cells which are currently not manufactured in India. This high degree of localization is the result of strategic partnerships with over 300 local suppliers, whom we engage early in the R&D process to co-develop components tailored to Indian conditions.

As the EV industry matures, we see localization deepening further driven by innovation in battery technology, power electronics, and indigenous manufacturing. At Euler, we’re committed to leading this evolution through continued investment in R&D, stronger supplier partnerships, and ecosystem development. Our focus is on building a robust, cost-efficient, and sustainable supply chain that supports the long-term growth of India’s EV sector.

Q: How do you ensure quality control and consistency across your production lines?

At Euler Motors, quality is embedded into every stage of our process—from sourcing to delivery. We partner closely with suppliers from the design phase, ensuring alignment on technical standards and continuous co-development to guarantee component reliability.

Our manufacturing facility is equipped with advanced automation, including EMS hanger systems and vacuum-based brake oil filling machines, to minimise errors and boost efficiency. A proprietary Manufacturing Execution System (MES) tracks each vehicle through its lifecycle, enforcing rigorous quality control.

Every vehicle undergoes extensive dyno-testing and on-track performance evaluations. Our in-house R&D drives innovations like liquid-cooled battery packs and custom chassis systems built for Indian conditions.
