The decision follows extensive discussions between the company’s Supervisory Board and Executive Board regarding the future strategic direction of the business.
The move comes as the Krone Group undertakes a realignment of its organizational structure to strengthen its position amid a challenging economic environment. According to the company, the restructuring requires significant changes in its operational management framework to support the ongoing transformation process.
During his tenure, Dr. Frink played a key role in shaping the company’s strategic direction, particularly in the field of agricultural technology. Under his leadership, several important decisions were implemented to position the family-owned company for future growth.
