Spelle, Germany - Bernard Krone Holding SE & Co. KG., a farm machinery manufacturer, has announced that its Chief Executive Officer, Dr. David Frink, will step down from his role by mutual agreement. The decision follows extensive discussions between the company’s Supervisory Board and Executive Board regarding the future strategic direction of the business.

The move comes as the Krone Group undertakes a realignment of its organizational structure to strengthen its position amid a challenging economic environment. According to the company, the restructuring requires significant changes in its operational management framework to support the ongoing transformation process.

During his tenure, Dr. Frink played a key role in shaping the company’s strategic direction, particularly in the field of agricultural technology. Under his leadership, several important decisions were implemented to position the family-owned company for future growth.

Mr. Bernard Krone, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, thanked Dr. Frink for his contributions to the company’s development and for his commitment throughout his time with the organization. He noted that the company has jointly prepared the next phase of its organizational transformation and will continue to advance it with a renewed management structure aimed at improving clarity, speed, and execution capability.

Until a new CEO is appointed, the strategic responsibilities of the role will be shared by the existing management team together with the Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
