County Laois, Ireland - Ecovolve Ltd., a construction equipment manufacturer, has introduced the EL500 electric mini loader in North America, offering an emissions-free solution for indoor and outdoor construction and demolition applications.
The EL500 combines compact dimensions with electric-drive performance, making it suitable for tight jobsites where larger machines cannot operate. Measuring less than 32 inches wide, the loader can move through narrow spaces while helping prevent floor marks or damage to finished surfaces.
The machine offers a 1,110-pound lift capacity and can run for a full shift on a full charge. Its heavy-duty chassis and reinforced structure are designed for demanding demolition and high-impact work. The EL500 also delivers a maximum pushing force of 737.5 foot-pounds of torque and features a low center of gravity for improved stability.
Ecovolve has equipped the loader with smooth, responsive controls and optional wireless operation, allowing users to work from a safer distance when required. A mechanical self-leveling system helps keep loads stable during transport.
The EL500 operates at a low 65 dB noise level, making it suitable for noise-sensitive environments. Reduced vibration, improved operator comfort, working lamps, and audible and visual warning systems further support safe and efficient operation.
Available attachments include a bucket, hydraulic breaker, floor scraper, vacuum lift, loading bucket, and pallet fork.
Powered by a 9.6-kWh AGM battery, the EL500 is designed to reduce operating and maintenance costs compared with diesel machines. With no fuel requirement, no oil changes, fewer moving parts, quick-access service panels, and ECU-controlled power management, the loader is positioned as a low-maintenance electric alternative for compact jobsite operations
