Denmark, Europe - Samson Agro., an agricultural machinery manufacturer, introduces two new disc incorporators, the CDf and CDx, designed to optimize organic fertilizer use while preserving soil health. These innovative tools offer high-performance fertilization, making them ideal for use near residential areas and across various agricultural environments. By tailoring fertilizer application to crop types and soil conditions, they reduce environmental impact and improve nutrient absorption.

Incorporating organic fertilizers directly into the soil minimizes nutrient losses, reduces ammonia emissions by up to 85%, and improves air quality. This method boosts nutrient uptake, stimulates microbial activity, and enhances soil structure, promoting long-term soil health, reducing erosion, and ensuring sustainable yields. It offers an ecological and precise solution for modern agriculture.

The SAMSON CDf and CDx disc incorporators are designed for different soil types. The CDf is perfect for light post-harvest work, with a 3-12 cm depth and 4.5 to 6 meter width, ideal for stubble and cover crops. It features notched discs, depth control wheels, and rubber suspension. The CDx, for heavier soils, offers an 8-meter width and adjustable depth, with T-profile rollers for seedbed preparation. Operating up to 16 km/h, it incorporates slurry at 70 tonnes/ha, allowing immediate sowing. Both models include a vertical distributor for precise slurry application.

With the launch of the CDf and CDx, SAMSON expands its range of incorporators to five models: CDf, CDx, CM, SD II, and Strip-Till. Covering depths from 3 to 30 cm and widths from 4.5 to 8 meters, these machines operate at speeds of 6 to 16 km/h. Designed for diverse agricultural needs, they promote plant residue decomposition, improve nutrient retention, and reduce ammonia emissions by up to 85%. By placing nutrients near plant roots, they enhance absorption while limiting weed and microorganism access.
