Ludwigshafen, Germany - Vogele AG., an asphalt road pavers manufacturer, has launched the SUPER 800-5 P-Tier, the first mini paver of its Dash 5 generation, specifically designed for narrow paving projects. The machine features hydraulically adjustable material hopper walls, a new operator platform, and an advanced lighting system, offering superior visibility and operating comfort.
Capable of paving widths from 0.5 m to 3.5 m using AB 200 V/TV and AB 220 V/TV screeds, the SUPER 800-5 P replaces the SUPER 700 and SUPER 800. Powered by a 55.4 kW engine, it delivers laydown rates up to 300 tons per hour while maintaining a compact size of 1.4 m in width and 4.4 m in length.
The redesigned material hopper offers a double-folding mechanism and independent asymmetrical adjustment, allowing operators to work efficiently along walls or confined spaces. The flat engine hood, low hopper height, and raised operator platform provide an unobstructed forward view, simplifying loading and maneuvering.
The new ErgoBasic 5 operator system allows horizontal movement and four-stage angle adjustment of the console for ergonomic operation. It integrates the Auto Grade Basic system for automated grade and slope control and features a display showing real-time machine data. Convenient additions include storage compartments, tool and drink holders, coat hooks, and a 24-volt socket for mobile devices.
The SUPER 800-5 P also comes with the Dash 5 Light Package or optional Light Package Plus, offering LED lighting for the operator console, tow point cylinder, auger tunnel, and full working area, ensuring precise paving even in low-visibility conditions.
With its compact dimensions, upgraded hopper, ergonomic controls, and enhanced lighting, the SUPER 800-5 P sets a new standard for mini pavers in tight construction sites.
