Eicher Launches Pro X Diesel in 2–3.5 Ton SCV Segment

Delhi- Eicher Trucks and Buses, a division of VE Commercial Vehicles (VECV), has launched the Eicher Pro X Diesel, further expanding its next-generation lineup in the 2–3.5 ton Small Commercial Vehicle (SCV) segment. Building on the success of the Eicher Pro X EV unveiled at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo earlier this year, the new diesel variant blends Eicher’s renowned fuel efficiency with proven performance to meet the needs of customers and regions that require diesel-powered solutions.

With over four decades of industry leadership, Eicher Trucks and Buses continues its mission to revolutionize last-mile logistics. The all-new Pro X Diesel has been co-developed with customers to deliver an “Expert” solution tailored for small businesses, fleet operators, and first-time buyers, offering superior performance, higher uptime, and simplified ownership.

Powered by the new E449 X2 diesel engine, the Eicher Pro X Diesel delivers best-in-class fuel efficiency, along with segment-leading power and torque for smooth drivability across diverse terrains. It also features the largest cargo deck in its class (10 feet 8 inches) and an industry-best 30,000 km service interval, ensuring greater productivity and lower maintenance downtime.
