      Pune- Jawa Moto and Yezdi, brands owned by the Mahindra and Mahindra Group, will receive strategic support from MSX International, a specialist in automotive retail consulting. The help will be provided under a program called "Ryde for G.R.O.W.T.H.".

      The program includes several components designed to benefit dealers. These components encompass business management techniques, integration of digital and offline customer experiences, financial management skills, implementation of industry practices, and ongoing training programs.

      Mr. Ashish Singh Joshi, CEO of Jawa Yezdi Motorcycles, said, the program aims to provide dealers with resources to navigate current market challenges and prepare for future developments. He noted that the initiative focuses on people, processes, and profits, with the goal of enabling dealers to make informed decisions about their businesses.

      Mr. Himanshu Dhamesha, Regional Director of MSXI for India and the MENA region,said, the program's design and implementation. He suggested that the initiative could potentially improve customer experiences at dealerships and enhance brand perception. Dhamesha also indicated that improving interactions at initial customer contact points could lead to increased foot traffic and higher conversion rates.

      The program is designed to improve various elements of automotive retail, including streamlining operations, enhancing customer service, and fostering business growth. It provides a thorough strategy to help dealers adapt to today's market conditions and stay ahead of future industry developments.
