Faridabad – Escorts Kubota Limited’s Agri Machinery division., reported total tractor sales of 10,339 units in February 2026, registering a 20.4% increase compared to 8,590 units sold in February 2025.
Escorts Kubota domestic tractor sales reached 9,725 units during the month, up from 7,968 units in the same period last year, reflecting a 22.1% growth. The strong performance was supported by healthy rural demand, ongoing farm activities, supportive government initiatives, and GST-related benefits.
However, export sales saw a slight decline, with 614 tractors exported in February 2026, compared to 622 units in February 2025, marking a 1.3% decrease.
For the April 2025 to February 2026 period, Escorts Kubota recorded total tractor sales of 1,21,551 units, compared to 1,04,180 units during the same period last year, representing an overall growth of 16.7%.
Domestic sales during the eleven-month period stood at 1,15,412 units, rising from 99,788 units in the previous year, showing a 15.7% increase.
Export performance remained strong over the longer period, with 6,139 units exported, compared to 4,392 units in the corresponding period last year, reflecting a 39.8% growth in exports.
The strong year-to-date growth highlights continued momentum in the Indian tractor market, supported by stable agricultural demand and improving rural sentiment.
