Lelystad, Netherlands – AVR Machinery., a harvesting technology company, has unveiled its latest innovation, the Spirit 9200i VW, an upgraded version of the Spirit 9200i introduced in 2024. The new model integrates AVR’s patented Varioweb (VW) cleaning system, offering greater flexibility and performance in challenging harvesting conditions.
The Spirit 9200i VW builds on the strengths of its predecessor, which featured advanced cleaning modules, automated functions, intuitive controls, improved traction, and the Clean & Go bunker. The addition of the Varioweb cleaning module now allows operators to seamlessly adjust the product flow across axial rollers directly from the tractor cab ranging from intensive cleaning to minimal soil handling by shifting the pintle belt forward or backward.
The machine maintains low drop heights and high sieving capacity through two or three sieving webs, ensuring gentle yet efficient handling of potatoes. Stainless steel and plastic-coated components further reduce soil adhesion, while adjustable retainer rows enhance haulm separation and minimize blockages.
Standard equipment includes an 8.5-ton bunker with a 4.20-meter unloading height, while an optional Clean & Go bunker enable unloading while driving, combining buffer capacity with additional sieving performance. Customers can also opt for a hydrostatic wheel drive, delivering 120 hp of traction via powerful wheel motors, operated through an intuitive keypad and ISOBUS automation.
The Spirit 9200i VW comes ISOBUS-compatible, with operators able to configure the system using displays such as the Müller Touch800 or Smart570. An ergonomic AVR joystick and ISOBUS-AUX functionality provide additional user-friendly control options. The machine’s digital integration is further enhanced by AVR Connect, which allows remote monitoring of performance data, sensor feedback, alarms, and diagnostics.
