Georgia, USA - AGCO Corporation., an agricultural machinery manufacturer, has announced the appointment of Jena Holtberg-Benge as its new Chief Digital and Information Officer, effective March 16, reinforcing the company’s commitment to strengthening its digital and technology capabilities.
Holtberg-Benge currently serves as AGCO’s Vice President of Aftersales Parts and joined the company in 2023. In that role, she has been responsible for expanding the company’s parts business while leading digital and AI-driven initiatives designed to better support dealers and farmers.
In her new position, Holtberg-Benge will lead AGCO’s global digital, data, and information technology strategy. Her responsibilities will include overseeing information security and advancing scalable technology platforms that support the company’s long-term growth and innovation strategy.
She brings more than two decades of experience in the agricultural sector, having held leadership roles across manufacturing, operations, digital solutions, and business development. Her career includes managing large-scale digital transformation programs and modernizing enterprise technology platforms, particularly within e-commerce environments.
