Skelleftea, Sweden – Brokk AB., a remote-controlled demolition robot company, has expanded its electric SmartPower+ lineup with the launch of the Brokk 130+, a compact remote-control demolition robot engineered for high performance in tight and hard-to-reach spaces.

Measuring just 31 inches wide, the 130+ can pass through standard doorways, climb stairs, and operate with a full 360-degree working radius. Despite its small footprint, Brokk says the machine delivers 20% more hitting force and 40% higher impact frequency compared to previous models. It comes equipped with the BHB 175 breaker, weighing 393 pounds and capable of delivering between 1,000 and 2,000 blows per minute.

The 130+ is the sixth model in the SmartPower+ series, joining the 70+, 170+, 200+, 300+, and 500+. Like the rest of the lineup, it runs on jobsite electrical power, compatible with 16A and 32A fuses. Brokk has also reinforced components to withstand shock, temperature extremes, and vibrations, while the machines and control boxes meet IP65 standards for dust and water protection. Notably, the company has reduced the number of cables and connectors by 87%, cutting weak points and extending machine lifespan.

The updated control system introduces a lighter 6.5-pound control box with ergonomic controls, faster dual charging, and improved operator usability. Operators receive incremental light indicators and real-time alerts for power supply or machine issues, while over-the-air upgrade capability ensures the system can adapt to future needs.
