Brandon, Manitoba — Bushel Plus., an harvest optimization technology specialist, has announced that it will rebrand as BranValt, reflecting the company’s evolution from a harvest-loss measurement specialist into a broader provider of integrated solutions designed to help farmers protect yields and maximize harvest efficiency. The transition to the BranValt name underscores the company’s growth from its early beginnings to a global footprint spanning 45 countries.
Mr. Marcel Kringe, Founder and CEO, said, “Our business has grown well beyond where we started. What began as a basement hobby is now a global operation. BranValt represents who we are today and where we are headed as we continue developing advanced solutions that help farmers protect their harvest and profitability.”
Under the BranValt brand, the company will continue offering its established product portfolio, including the SmartPan System, MAD Concaves, and the MiniCombine, alongside its Harvest Academy—an international education and training platform focused on improving harvest performance for farmers and agricultural equipment professionals.
The BranValt name reflects both the company’s strategic direction and its agricultural heritage. ‘Bran’ references Brandon, Manitoba, where the company was founded and continues to operate, while also symbolizing strength and protection as the nutrient-rich outer layer of grain. ‘Valt,’ inspired by the word vault, represents safeguarding every kernel during harvest and draws from the founder’s agricultural roots in Germany.
Together, the name embodies BranValt’s global outlook and its continued connection to farming communities worldwide.
Bushel Plus will begin rolling out the BranValt identity across select products, packaging, communications, and industry events. Products will continue to be available through the company’s global dealer network during the transition, with the official brand change taking effect in July 2026.
