Bengaluru - Greaves Electric Mobility Limited (GEML)., a subsidiary of Greaves Cotton Limited, has launched the Ampere Magnus Neo, an upgraded version of the Magnus EX electric scooter. Magnus Neo comes with improved features designed to make eco-friendly commuting more accessible.
Building on the legacy of the Magnus series, the Magnus Neo is designed to meet the evolving needs of urban commuters. It boasts a top speed of 65 kmph, a certified range of over 100 kilometers, and a portable battery that charges in 5-6 hours. The scooter features a Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) battery with a five-year or 75,000-kilometer warranty, prioritizing both practicality and sustainability.
Ahead of its unveiling at the Auto Expo 2025 in Delhi, the Ampere Magnus Neo underwent a rigorous 2,000-kilometer test journey from Bengaluru to Delhi, showcasing its durability and performance over long distances. The scooter is available in five attractive colors: Metallic Red, Glacial White, Ocean Blue, Galactic Grey, and Glossy Black.
Ampere Magnus Neo offers optional smart connectivity, USB charging, and a reverse mode, enhancing convenience for everyday riders. These added features highlight the Magnus Neo’s blend of modern technology, style, and practicality for urban commuting.
