India - Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Private Limited., has introduced the 2026 CB750 Hornet in India with its innovative E-Clutch technology. The latest update is aimed at making the motorcycle more comfortable and easier to ride, especially in everyday traffic conditions.

The biggest highlight of the new CB750 Hornet is the Honda E-Clutch system. This technology automatically operates the clutch using electronic actuators, allowing riders to start moving and shift gears without using the clutch lever. As a result, riding becomes smoother and less tiring, particularly in stop-and-go city traffic.

Honda has also ensured that riders can enjoy a traditional riding experience if they prefer. The E-Clutch system comes with a manual override feature, enabling the rider to use the clutch lever whenever desired. This combination of automatic assistance and manual control makes the motorcycle suitable for both experienced riders and those stepping up to a larger bike.

Apart from the addition of the E-Clutch technology, the CB750 Hornet remains mechanically unchanged. It continues to be powered by a 755cc, liquid-cooled, parallel-twin engine that produces 90.5 bhp at 9,500 rpm and 75 Nm of torque at 7,250 rpm. The engine is designed to deliver strong performance while maintaining smooth and responsive power delivery.

Honda has been gradually expanding the use of its E-Clutch technology across its premium motorcycle range. The company recently introduced the same system on the XL750 Transalp, highlighting its focus on improving rider convenience and accessibility through advanced engineering.
