      Leh, Ladakh - The Fire & Fury Corps of the Indian Army has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Airbornics Defence & Space Pvt Ltd (ADSL), a part of the JCBL Group, to set up a New Generation Vehicle (NGV) Repair Hub and Warehouse at the 14 Corps Zonal Workshop in Leh.

      The initiative aims to enhance the Army’s logistics readiness by establishing a dedicated OEM warehouse and repair facility for NGVs within Army workshop premises. The MoU signing ceremony at Headquarters 14 Corps, Leh, was presided over by Lt Gen Hitesh Bhalla, Corps Commander, while Brig Nipoon Sood, Brig EME, 14 Corps, signed on behalf of the Army. Senior officers, including GoCs of Ladakh divisions, and representatives from industrial groups TASL, BFL, Polaris, JSW, and MDSL attended the event.

      Representatives from the JCBL Group included Raj Kumar Pandey, Director & CEO, and Col Rajwinder Singh (Retd), COO. Under the collaboration, JCBL Group (ADSL) will provide technical support, training, retrofitting, R&D expertise, and maintain ready stocks of critical vehicle spares and components for the Indian Army.

      Lt Gen Hitesh Bhalla emphasized that the partnership would significantly boost operational readiness of 14 Corps and hinted at future expansion of industry warehouse presence to additional forward locations in Ladakh. Rishi Aggarwal, Managing Director, JCBL Group, expressed pride in supporting the Army and praised the Corps Commander’s vision of integrating industry at field formation level.

      ADSL specializes in Defence and Aerospace solutions, including the design, manufacturing, servicing, and upgrade of aerospace systems and armoured vehicles. Its expertise spans aerospace, land systems, combat vehicle technology, and MRO & sustenance, with certifications in ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO/IEC 27001, CMMI Level 3, and AS 9100D.
