Pune/New DelhiMercedes-Benz India Pvt. Ltd., has launched the exclusive AMG C 63 S E PERFORMANCE, a high-performance sedan blending hybrid innovation with dynamic power. Designed for racing enthusiasts, it features AMG Performance 4MATIC+ all-wheel drive and debuting active rear-axle steering, redefining the thrill of driving.

The Mercedes-AMG C 63 S E PERFORMANCE’s hybrid powertrain merges a 2.0-litre AMG turbo engine with an Electric Drive Unit (EDU) on the rear axle, delivering a scintillating combined output of 500 kW (680 hp) and maximum torque of 1,020 Nm, with a 0-100 kmph sprint of mere 3.4 seconds. This characterizes the Mercedes-AMG C 63 S E PERFORMANCE as the perfect sportscar for the future of ‘Driving Performance’. This innovative setup ensures balanced weight distribution for enhanced driving dynamics and an electric range of 13 kilometres. The car offers cutting-edge technologies, including the fully variable AMG Performance 4MATIC+ all-wheel drive system with ‘Drift Mode’ and active rear-axle steering, both standard for the first time in a C 63. These features, combined with an electrically assisted exhaust turbocharger, offer rapid torque build-up and exceptional agility, demonstrating that the Performance hybrid drive represents a technological masterpiece that showcases AMG’s high level of expertise.

Distinctive design elements enhance its sporty aesthetic, featuring a bold front fascia. Inside, the luxurious sport seats upholstered in exclusive black nappa leather provide a refined atmosphere, complemented by a sporty AMG Performance steering wheel and illuminated door sill trims. The advanced MBUX infotainment system with head-up display elevates the driving experience.
