Ahmedabad - Ninety One Cycles., a division of AlphaVector (India) Pvt. Ltd., has achieved a major milestone by surpassing 3 million bicycles sold, including a record 440,000 units in 2024. The company saw over 100% sales growth in states such as Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Odisha, and Jharkhand, fueled by rising demand for accessible and reliable mobility solutions.

Building on its success, AlphaVector has entered the electric vehicle market with low-speed electric two-wheelers. Ninety One Cycles, popular in states like Maharashtra, Gujarat, and Uttar Pradesh, offers a range of bicycles, including mountain, fat-tire, hybrid, and electric models. The brand focuses on innovation, design, and affordability, appealing to urban youth, fitness enthusiasts, rural commuters, and eco-conscious users, especially in Tier 2, 3, and 4 cities.

Mr. Sachin Chopra, Co-founder and CEO of AlphaVector, said, “This accomplishment reflects the confidence our customers have in Ninety One. Looking ahead, we aim to expand into the electric two-wheeler segment to provide accessible and practical mobility solutions.”

Building on four years of experience in the electric cycle market, AlphaVector is entering the low-speed electric two-wheeler segment, aiming to offer cost-effective, reliable options for regions benefiting from infrastructure improvements. Using its established distribution network and customer base, the company plans to promote eco-friendly transportation to both urban and rural users.

The low-speed electric vehicle market in India is growing, driven by infrastructure improvements and demand for affordable, sustainable commuting. Ninety One’s success comes from its direct-to-consumer model and the 91CARES program, offering post-sale services through 1,000+ stores in 500 cities.
