Milan, Italy- Royal Enfield Motors Ltd., has expanded its iconic Bullet range by introducing a larger-capacity Bullet 650, marking the first major addition beyond the long-standing Bullet 350. The new motorcycle made its public debut at EICMA 2025 in Milan and was later showcased at Royal Enfield Motorverse 2025, signalling a significant step forward for the legendary nameplate.

At the heart of the Bullet 650 is Royal Enfield’s familiar 647cc parallel-twin engine, the same unit used in models such as the Super Meteor 650 and Continental GT 650. Staying true to the Bullet’s heritage, the design leans heavily on timeless styling, featuring embossed metal tank badges, hand-painted pinstriping on the fuel tank and battery cover, and a chrome shroud around the round headlamp. The headlamp retains the signature pilot lights flanking the main unit, reinforcing its classic identity.

The motorcycle rides on spoke wheels, with a 19-inch wheel up front and an 18-inch unit at the rear. It features a stepped seat layout with a lower rider seat and a slightly elevated pillion seat, while the rider seat height is set at 800mm. In terms of equipment, the Bullet 650 comes with LED headlamp and tail lamp, halogen turn indicators, a USB Type-C charging port, and a semi-digital instrument cluster borrowed from the Classic 650. Safety is handled by a dual-channel ABS system.

Powering the Bullet 650 is the 647cc parallel-twin engine producing 46.3bhp at 7,250rpm and 52.3Nm of torque at 5,650rpm. The engine is paired with a six-speed gearbox and a slipper clutch. The motorcycle has a kerb weight of 243kg with 90 per cent fuel and oil, and it features a 14.8-litre fuel tank.

Underneath, the Bullet 650 is built around a steel tubular spine frame. Suspension duties are managed by 43mm telescopic front forks offering 120mm of wheel travel, while the rear uses twin shock absorbers with 90mm of wheel travel. Braking hardware includes a 320mm front disc with a twin-piston floating caliper and a 300mm rear disc, also with a twin-piston floating caliper.

With its blend of classic styling, modern mechanicals, and proven 650cc platform, the Royal Enfield Bullet 650 brings a fresh yet familiar appeal to the brand’s heritage-focused lineup.
