Leicestershire, UK- Triumph Motorcycles Limited., has expanded its celebrated Street Triple line-up with two exciting new models the Street Triple 765 RX and the Street Triple Moto2™ Edition. Based on the award-winning Street Triple RS, these new variants raise the bar in terms of performance, exclusivity, and track-focused capability.
The Street Triple 765 RX will be available for one year only, positioned as the most track-oriented Street Triple ever produced. Alongside it, the Street Triple Moto2™ Edition is limited to just 1,000 units worldwide, created to celebrate Triumph’s exclusive partnership with the Moto2™ World Championship. Both motorcycles feature race-inspired upgrades, premium components, and distinctive styling that underline their performance-focused intent.
Both new models receive fully adjustable Öhlins NIX30 front forks, offering enhanced feedback and precision on the track. The suspension setup includes adjustable compression and rebound damping, preload adjustment, and 115mm of wheel travel. Complementing this is a fully adjustable Öhlins STX40 piggyback rear shock, ensuring exceptional stability and cornering control.
For a more aggressive riding position, both bikes are equipped with clip-on handlebars, delivering race-derived ergonomics designed for spirited road riding and dedicated track use.
The Street Triple 765 RX features exclusive design elements that reinforce its track-focused identity. Highlights include a precision-machined upper yoke, a laser-etched RX logo on the silencer, and a bespoke RX-branded performance seat. Finished in Matt Aluminium Silver, the RX is contrasted by a striking Diablo Red rear subframe and matching wheels, paying homage to the iconic Street Triple 675 RX and its sporting legacy.
The Moto2™ Edition elevates exclusivity with premium race-inspired details such as carbon fibre side panels, front mudguard, belly pan, and silencer end cap. A Moto2™-embossed seat with a dimpled grip pattern, clear-lens rear light, and a laser-etched Moto2™ logo on the silencer further enhance its motorsport character.
Its distinctive Mineral Grey and Crystal White colour scheme is accented by a Triumph Performance Yellow rear subframe and wheel stripe. Each Moto2™ Edition features an individually numbered billet-machined top yoke and a bespoke Moto2™-branded TFT start-up screen, highlighting its limited-edition status.
Both models are powered by Triumph’s proven 765cc inline three-cylinder engine, producing 130PS at 12,000rpm and 80Nm of torque at 9,500rpm. Known for its high-revving nature and sharp throttle response, the engine delivers a perfect balance of strong mid-range torque and thrilling top-end performance.
The lightweight chassis, combined with premium suspension, ensures razor-sharp agility. Braking performance is handled by Brembo Stylema four-piston calipers paired with a Brembo MCS adjustable brake lever, while Pirelli Diablo Supercorsa SP V3 tyres provide exceptional grip. Despite its track-ready specification, the motorcycle maintains a competitive wet weight of just 188kg.
Both motorcycles are equipped with a 5-inch TFT display, premium switchgear, and a comprehensive electronics package. Rider aids include Optimised Cornering ABS, Traction Control, a dedicated ABS Track mode, and Triumph Shift Assist for seamless clutchless upshifts and downshifts. These systems are designed to enhance confidence without diluting rider engagement.
As the exclusive engine supplier to the FIM Moto2™ World Championship, Triumph has powered every team since 2019 with race-tuned 765cc triple engines. These engines have achieved remarkable milestones, including top speeds of 300km/h, 76 race lap records, and over 1.77 million kilometres covered under race conditions. Insights gained from Moto2™ racing directly influence the development of Triumph’s production motorcycles, including the Street Triple range.
With the introduction of the Street Triple 765 RX and the limited Moto2™ Edition, Triumph strengthens its position in the high-performance naked motorcycle segment. These models blend race-derived engineering, premium components, and striking design, offering riders and collectors a machine that performs as impressively on the circuit as it does on the road.
