Bengaluru- India Yamaha Motor Pvt. Ltd., (IYM) has reached a major milestone with 400 Blue Square showrooms across India, including 100 new outlets in just six months. This rapid growth highlights Yamaha’s dedication to enhancing customer experience, especially in expanding tier-2 and tier-3 cities, where it aims to meet the evolving demands of consumers.
Since launching the ‘The Call of The Blue’ campaign in 2018, Yamaha has worked to connect with customers and bring its premium offerings closer to them. The introduction of Blue Square showrooms in 2019 has been key in creating an exclusive space that showcases Yamaha’s racing heritage while meeting the rising demand for performance-oriented products.
Mr. Eishin Chihana, Chairman, Yamaha Motor India Group of Companies, said, “Crossing the milestone of 400 Blue Square showrooms reflects our continuous effort to be closer to our customers, especially in India’s fast-growing tier-2 and tier-3 cities. We recognize the growing aspirations of customers across the country, and we are here to cater to those ambitions by offering a premium, personalized experience through our Blue Square outlets. These spaces are not just retail touchpoints—they are where customers can truly immerse themselves in the Yamaha world and explore our products in an environment designed for them. We extend our heartfelt thanks to our dealer partners and customers for their continued trust and support in achieving this milestone.”
The Blue Square showrooms are designed to meet the evolving needs of discerning customers, featuring dedicated areas for accessories, merchandise, and community engagement. These outlets reflect Yamaha’s commitment to innovation, sportiness, and style, serving as hubs for the ‘Blue Streaks’ rider community to participate in group rides and connect with fellow enthusiasts.
The network showcases Yamaha’s top products, including the R3, MT-03, and AEROX 155 scooter, along with advanced models like the YZF-R15 V4 and MT-15 V2. With 400 operational Blue Square outlets across India, Yamaha is expanding its reach, ensuring more customers in emerging regions can access its premium offerings.
