Mombasa, Kenya - CFAO Motors Kenya Limited., has opened a new Case IH agricultural machinery showroom at Mnazi Mmoja in Mombasa, marking a significant investment in farm mechanization in Kenya’s coastal region. The facility was inaugurated at an event attended by executives from CNH Industrial, CFAO Kenya and officials from Mombasa County.
Mr. Vincent DeLassange, Vice President of CNH Middle East and Africa at CNH Industrial, said,” Kenya remains one of Africa’s fastest-growing agricultural markets and reaffirmed the company’s commitment to building long-term partnerships with Kenyan farmers. He noted that the group aims to support the country’s agricultural transformation through advanced technology and consistent technical support.”
Mr. Dennis Awori Chairman and Country Delegate Ambassador of CFAO Group, said, “The investment reflects strong confidence in Kenya’s agricultural potential and Mombasa’s role as a regional hub. He stated that mechanisation is central to improving food security, raising productivity, creating employment and driving rural prosperity, adding that the new facility demonstrates CFAO’s long-term commitment to equipping farmers with modern technology and reliable services.”
The new showroom will stock a wide range of Case IH tractors, from 55 horsepower to 700 horsepower, catering to both small-scale farmers and large commercial operations. The lineup includes compact models suited for orchards and greenhouse applications, mid-range tractors for row-crop farming, and higher-horsepower machines designed for heavy-duty agricultural tasks. All tractors are equipped with fuel-efficient engines, integrated safety features and aftersales support from trained technicians, with fuel tank capacities ranging from 60 to 395 litres depending on the model.
In addition to tractors, the facility will supply implements such as ploughs, disc harrows, boom sprayers and planters compatible with Case IH machinery. The new outlet is expected to improve access to modern equipment, spare parts and maintenance services for farmers across the coastal region and neighbouring counties, strengthening the brand’s presence in Kenya’s agricultural sector.
