Moline, Illinois - Deere & Company., an agricultural machinery manufacturer, announces that Chief Financial Officer Joshua Jepsen will resign effective February 19, 2026. The decision is not related to any financial or accounting issues or disagreements with Deere.

Mr. Ryan Campbell, currently president of worldwide construction and forestry and power systems, will serve as acting CFO while the company conducts a search for a permanent replacement. Campbell previously served as Deere’s CFO from 2019 to 2022, bringing prior financial leadership experience to the interim role.

Jepsen’s tenure included navigating volatile market conditions, inflationary pressures, and shifting global demand across Deere’s agriculture and construction businesses.

The leadership transition comes as Deere manages moderating demand in construction and agricultural equipment markets while continuing to invest in automation, digital solutions, and sustainability initiatives.
