California, United States- Karma Automotive., an ultra-luxury automaker, unveiled the Karma Invictus at the Concours at Wynn Las Vegas, the debut of its exclusive Karma Collection. This ultra-luxury performance vehicle enhances the Revero sedan with unique carbon fiber bodywork, upgraded interiors, and a focus on driver performance, all powered by Karma's hybrid Extended Range Electric (EREV) system. Only 30 units will be produced, with pricing and delivery details yet to be announced.
Karma Invictus is positioned above its stablemate, the 3rd Generation Karma Revero, which begins delivering to clients in the United States and European Union later this month.
Mr. Marques McCammon, President, Karma Automotive, said, Karma Invictus takes an intense and visceral persona, amplifying its performance with a sharpened chassis paired with bespoke exterior and interior appointments to create a new identity for this legendary four-door GT. As with the 3rd Generation Karma Revero, which begins delivering to clients later this month, Karma Invictus unleashes the potential of its space-frame by marrying lightweight carbon fiber bodywork with our innovative hybrid Extended Range Electric powertrain."
The Karma Invictus makes a striking impression with its aggressive, low-slung stance and technical paintwork that transitions from Pacifico Grey to expose its carbon fiber hood, roof, and trunk. The front fenders are also carbon fiber, featuring louvred vents for improved airflow management. Additional carbon fiber details enhance the rocker panels and rear spoiler, complemented by blacked-out logos and new black, polished 21-inch forged aluminum wheels wrapped in wider Michelin PS4S tires (295/35 R21) for increased grip.
The Karma Invictus features upgrades to its chassis with advanced Ohlins Motorsports coil-overs and Swift springs, resulting in more direct steering and enhanced grip, allowing it to accelerate from 0 to 60 in an estimated 3.97 seconds—over half a second faster than the 3rd Generation Revero.
Inside, bold anodized aluminum door sill plaques are customized for each client, while the heated and ventilated front seats boast a re-trimmed art deco pattern inspired by New York's Chrysler Building. This design motif extends to the stitching on the armrest and door panels, with "Karma Invictus" embroidered on the headrests and dashboard.
Powered by a hybrid EREV powertrain shared with the 3rd Generation Karma Revero, it combines a 28 kWh battery pack with a 1.5-liter turbocharged engine, delivering 536 horsepower and 550 lb-ft of torque. With an electric range of up to 80 miles and a total range of 360 miles, it offers the versatility of an EV for daily use and the endurance of an internal combustion vehicle for long trips. Each Invictus is manufactured at Karma Automotive's KICC facility in Moreno Valley, California, and hand-finished in Irvine, with various options available for personalization.
