Alpen, Germany - LEMKEN GmbH & Co. KG., an agricultural machinery manufacturer, has announced a reorganization of its management structure, forming a three-member leadership team to strengthen its technical and commercial expertise for future challenges.

Current CEO and management spokesman Anthony van der Ley (61) will continue to lead sales and strategic projects. Joining him is Dr. Thomas Lange-Stalinski (53) as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) from November 1, 2025. A mechanical engineer with broad experience in the automotive and industrial sectors, Dr. Lange-Stalinski will oversee Development, Plant, Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Quality Management.

Klaus Kuhl (54) has been appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO), responsible for Finance, Human Resources, and IT. He brings international financial and IT expertise, succeeding Dr. Geoffrey Weisner, who will leave the company on November 30, 2025, after eleven years of service.

An advisory board established in May will support the management team. Chaired by shareholder Nicola Lemken, it includes external experts Jürgen Altena and Axel Meyer.

Nicola Lemken, representing the seventh generation of the founding family, emphasized that this reorganisation marks a significant step toward securing LEMKEN’s long-term success. “This new professional structure and rejuvenated leadership team strengthen our processes and ensure we remain a reliable partner for employees and customers, both now and for the generations to come.”

The reorganisation underscores LEMKEN’s commitment to innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable growth as it prepares for the next phase in its global development.
