myTVS launched ‘Mobility-as-a-Service’ platform

New Delhi- MyTVS is TVS Automobile Solutions Private Limited (TASPL)., a digital automotive aftermarket platform, and part of the $3 billion TVS Mobility Group, has launched its ‘Mobility-as-a-Service’ (MaaS) platform for last-mile EV fleet operators. This comprehensive solution integrates key ecosystem partners, including OEMs, to provide a wide range of services throughout the EV fleet lifecycle. Services include leasing, real-time fleet management, spare parts management (with a digital catalog of 180,000 SKUs), charging solutions, telematics, roadside assistance, insurance, tyre management, and vehicle refurbishment.

With strategic partnerships, including one with MoEVing, a EV logistics company, myTVS aims to become the brand for last-mile fleet operators. The MaaS platform offers customized digital solutions, supporting the rapid electrification needed in the quickly growing quick commerce sector. This initiative aligns with government efforts to accelerate EV adoption and promote green mobility.

Mr. G Srinivasa Raghavan, Managing Director of myTVS said, “The ‘MaaS’ platform is designed to meet the evolving needs of both personal mobility and fleet mobility customers, delivering efficiency and ensuring sustainability. This will also bring the cost economics into play, providing a win-win solution for both the OEMs and the operators.”

By 2025, EV adoption will increase significantly in organised last-mile delivery fleets, with 20-30% adoption across two-wheelers, three-wheelers and four-wheelers.

Raghavan further added, “With over 1 million customers across India, myTVS is one of the fastest-growing aftermarket service providers in India. We aim to add another 2500 outlets in the next two years and grow our market share to 10-12%.”

The myTVS mobility platform can be referred as an adaptable solution for all sparticipants in the EV ecosystem, allowing for integration not only with OEM manufacturers but also with insurance providers, financial service partners, and leasing companies. This collaborative approach of this platform ensures its scalability and provides end-to-end support for electric mobility.
