Gurugram- VE Commercial Vehicles Ltd., had a gain of 24.0% in sales from 6038 units in October 2022 to 7486 units in October 2023. This comprises 208 units under the Volvo brand and 7278 units under the Eicher brand.

Following are the key highlights for October 2023:

Sales of trucks and buses bearing the Eicher brand were 7278 in October 2023 compared to 5911 in October 2022, indicating a rise of 23.1%.

Sales of trucks and buses bearing the Eicher brand increased by 27.4% to 7077 units in October 2023 from 5555 units in October 2022 in the domestic CV market.

Regarding exports, sales of trucks and buses bearing the Eicher name were 201 in October 2023 compared to 356 in October 2022, a 43.5% decrease.

Sales of Volvo Trucks and Volvo Buses reached 208 units in October 2023 as opposed to 127 units in October 2022, a 63.8% increase.
