Mumbai - Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd.’s Farm Equipment Business (FEB)., reported a strong performance in July 2025, with total tractor sales reaching 28,708 units, reflecting a 6% year-on-year (YoY) growth compared to 27,209 units sold in July 2024.

In the domestic market, Mahindra sold 26,990 tractors, a 5% increase from 25,587 units in July last year. The company attributes this growth to improved rural cash flow, a timely monsoon, and a positive start to the Kharif sowing season.

Export performance also remained positive, with 1,718 tractors shipped overseas, marking a 6% rise from 1,622 units exported in July 2024. This indicates Mahindra's growing presence in international markets.

From April to July 2025, Mahindra's Farm Equipment Business has recorded impressive year-to-date performance. The company sold 1,56,189 tractors in the domestic market, marking a 10% increase compared to 1,42,517 units during the same period last year. Including exports, total tractor sales reached 1,62,797 units, reflecting a 9% year-on-year growth, further underscoring Mahindra’s strong market momentum.

Mr. Vijay Nakra, President of Farm Equipment Business, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. said, “We have sold 26,990 tractors in the domestic market during July 2025, up 5% over last year. The market remains strong due to the continued monsoon activity, good Rabi crop realisation and preparation for Kharif sowing. With continued support from government initiatives and healthy crop production, the outlook remains optimistic. In the export market, we have sold 1,718 tractors, up 6% over last year.”

With consistent growth across both domestic and export markets, Mahindra continues to reinforce its leadership in the tractor segment, setting a strong foundation for the rest of the financial year.
