Faridabad - Escorts Kubota Limited., an agri-machinery company, reported a 2.7% year-on-year growth in total tractor sales for July 2025. The company sold 7,154 tractors during the month, up from 6,963 units in July 2024, driven by strong domestic performance and robust export growth.

In the domestic market, Escorts Kubota sold 6,624 tractors, marking a 1.3% increase compared to 6,540 units sold in July last year. The company credited the steady growth to favourable monsoon conditions, with widespread and above-normal rainfall improving reservoir levels and boosting rural sentiment. Higher farmer cash flows and ongoing Kharif sowing  which has already surpassed last year’s levels, have further supported agricultural demand, despite continued softness in commercial demand.

On the export front, the company recorded a significant jump of 25.3%, shipping 530 tractors in July 2025, compared to 423 units in the same period last year. This reflects Escorts Kubota’s expanding global footprint and the rising demand for its tractors in international markets.

With positive rural trends and strong agricultural momentum, Escorts Kubota remains optimistic about sustained growth in the tractor industry in the coming months.
