Ohio, United States- Workhorse Group Inc., as partnered with InCharge Energy Inc., to launch an integrated customer support program for commercial electric fleet operators across North America.

The new support model is designed as a one-stop service solution for Workhorse customers, helping fleets resolve issues related to vehicles, EV charging infrastructure, electrical systems, third-party hardware, telematics and software through a single point of contact.

Although the program will operate under the Workhorse brand, InCharge Energy will provide the staffing, technical infrastructure and operational support behind the service. This includes trained field technicians, a centralized Support Operations Center, electrical and interoperability experts, and advanced software tools to diagnose and resolve issues quickly.

Workhorse said the partnership is intended to support its expected fleet growth through 2026 by delivering scalable, OEM-level customer service and improving vehicle uptime for large fleet operators.

When a customer raises a support request, specialists trained on Workhorse vehicles and the wider commercial EV ecosystem will assess the issue and route it to the right expert. Vehicle-related problems will go to Workhorse regional field technicians, upfit or aftermarket concerns will be directed to authorized Workhorse dealers, and charging, telematics or external system issues will be sent to the appropriate third-party provider.

The partnership aims to simplify fleet electrification by reducing confusion around whether an issue is caused by the vehicle, charger, electrical infrastructure or connected systems. InCharge’s EV charging and software expertise will help identify root causes faster and keep vehicles operating with less downtime.
