Fendt Launches Upgraded Rogator Gen 2 Self-Propelled Sprayer
Fendt launches updated Rogator Gen 2 sprayer with advanced tech for better accuracy and less downtime.
Date: June 2, 2025
Marktoberdorf, Germany – Fendt., a brand of the AGCO Corporation and an agricultural machinery manufacturer, has launched the updated Rogator Gen 2 self-propelled sprayer, featuring advanced electronics, pneumatic nozzle bodies, Banjo plumbing connections and valves, and the ContiRinse system designed to boost spraying accuracy and reduce downtime.
The latest updates are available on the 645, 655, and 665 Rogator models, with the top-tier 665 featuring a large 6,000-litre tank and a powerful 307-horsepower engine. This model can operate booms of either 24 or 36 meters. Across all models, the sprayers automatically adjust nozzle combinations in response to forward speed, ensuring optimal nozzle pressure is maintained. This smart adjustment helps reduce spray drift consistently, even as the machine’s speed changes, enhancing spraying precision and efficiency.
Fendt continues to prioritize operator comfort with a class-leading cab that now includes category 4 filtration and an exceptionally smooth ride, delivering a new standard of ease during long spraying sessions. Improved boom stability further boosts confidence in challenging conditions.
Recognizing that self-propelled sprayers operate under heavy demand year-round and across expanding farm sizes, Fendt now offers an eight-year warranty on the Rogator. Supported by a network of expert dealers, this ensures reliable service and long-term value.
Mr. Ed Dennett, Marketing Manager of Fendt, said, “Customers have driven our decision to increase machine output and overcome some of the restrictions self-propelled sprayers face when it comes to difficult conditions. The improved OptiNozzle drift reduction technology will help to increase the number of days operators can safely spray and improve operational efficiency. The improved boom levelling system means that spray height is optimised at 50 centimetres through the Rogator’s OptiSonic ultrasonic boom. We want customers to be able to run their Rogators for longer, to make their operations more sustainable and to provide them with better value over the course of their ownership.”
