Marshfield, Wisconsin – Oxbo International Corp., a harvesting equipment manufacturer, has announced that Mr. Craig Harthoorn, President of its Hay & Forage division, will retire effective June 2, 2025. After a long and dedicated career in the agriculture industry, Harthoorn is stepping down to begin a retirement plan he initiated earlier this year. He agreed to remain with the company through mid-year to ensure a smooth leadership transition and maintain business continuity.

Craig Harthoorn brings extensive leadership experience to Oxbo, having joined H&S Manufacturing Co. in 2017. Throughout his time with the company, he played a crucial role in driving significant growth and strategic development. Alongside Chris Heikenen, Harthoorn was a key figure in the successful acquisition of H&S by Oxbo in 2023.

Following the acquisition, he took on the critical responsibility of leading the integration process, ensuring a seamless merger of operations. Under his guidance, the Hay & Forage division of Oxbo was firmly established, and he oversaw the consolidation of all Oxbo mergers into a single, efficient manufacturing facility located in Marshfield. His leadership has been instrumental in shaping the division’s success and strengthening Oxbo’s position in the agricultural machinery market.

Mr. Roel Zeevat, CEO of Oxbo, said, “We are deeply grateful for Craig's years of service and the lasting impact he has had on our business. We wish him all the best in this next chapter.”
