Moline, Illinois - Deere & Company., an agricultural machinery manufacturer, and Tarter USA., a farm equipment company, have launched a new range of American-made Frontier Flex Wing Rotary Cutters through a strategic manufacturing partnership aimed at strengthening domestic production and serving the evolving needs of agricultural operators.

The new product line is being manufactured at Tarter USA’s facility in Liberty, Kentucky, where advanced production systems such as precision laser cutting, robotic fabrication, and a combination of robotic and manual welding are used to support quality, efficiency, and scalable output. The companies said the cutters have undergone extensive field testing along with laboratory simulations to confirm durability and long-term performance under demanding operating conditions.

According to the companies, the market response has been stronger than expected, with dealer feedback remaining highly positive and initial order volumes surpassing first-year projections, indicating robust demand in key agricultural markets.

Mr. John Doyle, Partnered Products Manager at John Deere, said, “The collaboration combines John Deere’s understanding of customer requirements with Tarter’s manufacturing capabilities to deliver equipment built for today’s operators while reinforcing a shared focus on quality and reliability.”

Mr. Stephen Frazier, CEO of Tarter USA, said, “The partnership reflects the company’s long-standing commitment to U.S. manufacturing, innovation, and community investment. Founded in 1945, Tarter has continued to expand its capabilities over the decades to keep pace with developments in engineering and production technology.”

The partnership underscores close collaboration between John Deere and Tarter teams across engineering, quality, operations, and commercial functions, resulting in a product line designed to meet modern agricultural demands while supporting American manufacturing growth.
