New Jersey, United State- BMW Motorrad USA., announced its 2026 model year updates on December 8, 2025, outlining color changes, standard equipment highlights, and package/equipment revisions for several models. BMW also confirmed that all 2026 BMW motorcycles now include the Ultimate Care Break-In Service (the “600 Mile Service”) as standard, valid up to 6 months from the in-service date or 750 miles, whichever comes first.
For the 2026 BMW F 800 GS, the no-cost Light White color continues unchanged and Style Triple Black remains available. BMW introduces Style Sport Gravity Blue, which replaces Racing Blue Metallic. Standard highlights include the 895cc liquid-cooled parallel-twin, ABS Pro, Dynamic Traction Control (DTC), a 6.5-inch TFT color display with connectivity, full LED lighting, and 12V + USB power sockets. The Premium Package remains available and is noted as reduced compared to the previous update.
The 2026 BMW F 900 GS retains Black Storm Metallic as the no-cost color. The optional Style Passion Snapper Rocks Blue replaces Sao Paulo Yellow, and the optional Style GS Trophy gets a new color combination with a red rear frame. Standard equipment includes the 895cc parallel-twin, ABS Pro, DTC, the 6.5-inch TFT with connectivity, full LED lighting, 12V + USB power sockets, and heated grips. BMW also notes that the Off-Highway Package is removed, while Enduro Package Pro remains unchanged.
For the 2026 BMW F 900 GS Adventure, Black Storm Metallic continues as the no-cost option, while a new optional Sage Green Metallic replaces White Aluminum Metallic. Standard equipment mirrors the F 900 GS with the same rider-assist and connectivity features, and it includes heated grips plus a 6-gallon fuel tank. BMW also states that the Premium Package remains available with revised content/pricing depending on the chosen color.
The 2026 BMW F 900 R continues to offer Snapper Rocks Blue as the no-cost color, with Style Triple Black unchanged. The optional Style Sport Racing Blue Metallic receives a graphics update. Standard features include the 895cc parallel-twin, BMW Motorrad ABS, DTC, Automatic Stability Control (ASC), the 6.5-inch TFT display with connectivity, full LED lighting, and 12V + USB power sockets. BMW adds that GPS Prep and TPM (Tire Pressure Monitor) are now included in the Premium Package.
For the 2026 BMW F 900 XR, Racing Red remains the no-cost color, and both Style Sport Light White / Racing Blue and Style Triple Black continue unchanged. Standard highlights include the 895cc parallel-twin, BMW Motorrad ABS, ASC, the 6.5-inch TFT with connectivity, and full LED lighting with Headlight Pro cornering light, along with a 12V power socket and heated grips. The Premium Package continues and is noted as reduced compared to prior information.
On the 2026 BMW R 12, the no-cost Black Storm Metallic stays, while Gravity Blue Metallic replaces Aventurin Red Metallic as an option. BMW also introduces Option 719 Meteoric Dust 2 Metallic, replacing Avus Silver. Standard equipment includes the 1,170cc air/oil-cooled boxer twin, ABS Pro, DTC with Dynamic Engine Brake Control, Keyless Ride, and full LED lighting. The Premium Package remains available and is listed as reduced from the previous package level.
For the 2026 BMW R 12 nineT and R 12 S, Black Storm Metallic remains the no-cost choice, while Imperial Blue Metallic replaces San Remo Green Metallic as an option. Option 719 Aluminum continues unchanged, and the R 12 S keeps Lava Orange Metallic as a no-cost color. Standard equipment includes the 1,170cc boxer twin, ABS Pro, DTC with Dynamic Engine Brake Control, Keyless Ride, full LED lighting, an aluminum fuel tank, and Intelligent Emergency Call.
