Scottsbluff, Nebraska - 21st Century Equipment, Inc., a John Deere dealer and a farm equipment manufacturer, has announced the appointment of Keith Kreps as its new President, effective July 1, 2025.
Kreps assumes the role after five years as Chief Operating Officer, where he played a key role in strengthening internal collaboration and enhancing customer service. His leadership since joining the company in 2020 has been pivotal in positioning 21st Century Equipment for continued growth, innovation, and improved operational efficiency.

Bringing over two decades of executive leadership experience in the agricultural equipment sector, Kreps previously served as Executive Vice President of Agriculture at RDO Equipment. Beyond his operational leadership, he remains deeply engaged in the broader industry, currently serving as a board member of the Iowa-Nebraska Equipment Dealers Association and as a Director for the Associated Equipment Distributors.
Owen Palm, who has led the company as CEO, will continue in his role as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board. His ongoing leadership will ensure a smooth transition and maintain alignment with the company's long-term strategic vision.
