Mumbai - CEAT Limited., a multinational tire manufacturer, has appointed Mr. Debashish Roy as Chief Digital Transformation Officer, effective December 2, 2024. This strategic move underscores CEAT’s commitment to advancing its digital transformation journey.
Roy brings over 15 years of experience in digital transformation, innovation, and customer centricity across products, platforms, and analytics. An engineering graduate with a management degree from IIM Mumbai, he has led transformation programs for Fortune 500 companies, working with firms like Abbott India, PwC US Advisory, and Cognizant Business Consulting.
Before joining CEAT, Roy was Director of Digital Transformation and Customer Experience at Pfizer, where he led the adoption of innovative digital and IT capabilities. His expertise spans digital and IT strategy, data analytics, program management, innovation, change management, and omnichannel customer experience.
