Hiab Launches a new JONSERED iZ.18R HD recycling Crane

Hudiksvall, Sweden- Hydrauliska Industri AB (Hiab)., a manufacturer of loader cranes, demountable container handlers, forestry cranes, truck-mounted forklifts, and tail lifts, is a part of Cargotec Corporation., has launched JONSERED iZ.18R HD recycling crane, equipped with the advanced SPACEevo control system. This innovation improved productivity and safer operations. By introducing this model, JONSERED is entering the 18 to 19 tm market with a sturdy and resilient mechanical structure platform.

The new model is powered by the SPACEevo control system, setting standards for safety and personalisation forcustomers to increase efficiency. The Olsbergs Q200 valve represents the completion of new hydraulics, sensorsand cables that all bring long lasting durability for high frequency use cycles.

The JONSERED iZ.18R HD recycling crane, designed for minimum eight-hour working cycles and classified as S3, offers variants with reaches from 8.6 to 10 meters. To meet diverse operator needs, it features high seat, side seat (left and right), platform, and cabin configurations. Initially, the high seat and side seat options will be available, with platform and cabin versions introduced later

The JONSERED iZ.18R HD recycling crane is now available in the 18-tm range category, featuring the advanced SPACEevo control system. Control stations offer optional variants such as mechanical steering (2+2), remote control, and innovative weatherproof electric joysticks—a market first. These joysticks, paired with the Olsbergs Q200 main valve, manage all crane and stabilizer functions.
