Mumbai-Tata Motors Limited, an automotive manufacturing company will introduce Curvv EV in India on August 7, 2024.  This new budget-friendly SUV will come with options for both electric and internal combustion engine (ICE) variants. Alongside the Curvv, Tata Motors will launch a Charge Point Aggregator platform within their Connected Car app. This innovative feature will deliver real-time updates from more than 15 charging providers, enhancing the ease and dependability of EV charging for users.

Over 13,000 charging points available across India, EV owners often struggle to find reliable and accessible chargers, and Tata Motors is introducing a new app to help address these concerns and ease range anxiety for EV drivers.

The Charge Point Aggregator offers extensive support for electric vehicle (EV) users, featuring real-time updates on charging station status, effortless navigation to nearby charging station, and helps to plan trips with considerations for vehicle range and charger availability. By integrating Tata EV data and a user rating system, it enhances the overall charging experience, ensuring greater convenience and efficiency.

Currently, Tata Motors is offering EV models such as the Nexon EV, Punch EV, Tigor EV, and Tiago EV. Their lineup is set to grow with the introduction of the Curvv and the highly anticipated Harrier EV, slated for release next year.
