Haryana – Action Construction Equipment Ltd (ACE)., a construction equipment manufacturer, has announced plans to invest $4.5 million in a new crane manufacturing facility in Palwal, Haryana. The move is aimed at expanding ACE’s production capacity and supporting India’s push to strengthen domestic manufacturing in heavy equipment.

The Palwal facility will produce a wide range of cranes to meet the growing demand from India’s infrastructure sector, including highways, industrial corridors, metro projects, and logistics hubs. Industry experts note that the location is strategically positioned near Delhi-NCR, offering excellent connectivity to major infrastructure projects. The investment is also expected to generate local employment and boost the regional economy.

ACE has steadily diversified its portfolio over the years, expanding from cranes into loaders, tractors, and other heavy-duty equipment. The new facility will further consolidate its presence in the crane segment, strengthening competitiveness against both domestic and international players. By localizing production, ACE aims to improve cost efficiency and enhance export potential.

The investment comes at a time when India’s construction sector is experiencing multi-year growth, driven by government expenditure on roads, railways, airports, and housing. Analysts expect demand for cranes to continue rising, making ACE’s expansion well-timed to serve both current and future market needs.

Beyond business growth, the project reflects a broader trend of Indian companies scaling up manufacturing in response to policy support and market opportunities. By establishing the facility in Palwal, ACE reinforces its leadership in the construction equipment sector while contributing to India’s vision of becoming a global hub for infrastructure equipment manufacturing.

The $4.5 million investment marks a significant milestone for ACE, Palwal’s industrial development, and India’s ambition for self-reliance in critical manufacturing sectors.
