Arkansas, USA - Allen Engineering., a concrete equipment manufacturer, has introduced the AAS310 aggregate spreader, a new machine designed to provide consistent and uniform distribution of fine aggregate for high-performance concrete (HPC) and pervious portland cement (PPC) paving applications. The spreader is engineered to deliver even material flow across wide paving areas, supporting improved overlay performance and surface consistency.

The AAS310 is capable of spreading material up to 14 feet (4.27 metres) wide, enabling contractors to cover larger sections of pavement efficiently. It is powered by a 74-hp Tier 4 Hatz diesel engine that provides the necessary power and reliability for demanding paving operations. The machine incorporates a dual auger system combined with a rotating helical bar to ensure uniform material distribution during operation.

To enhance stability and maneuverability on construction sites, the aggregate spreader is equipped with dual heavy-duty crawler tracks. The machine also features a high-visibility operator platform designed to provide better control and monitoring of the spreading process. Both manual and automatic steering functions are included to support accurate machine guidance and efficient operation.

Additional features include manual feed gates that allow operators to control material flow during spreading. Automated bin covers and integrated level indicators further improve operational efficiency by helping maintain consistent material supply and reducing interruptions during paving tasks.
