Gujarat – Ammann India Pvt Ltd., a road construction equipment manufacturer, has inaugurated a new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility focused on producing track pavers. This strategic expansion underscores Ammann India’s dedication to strengthening its world-class construction equipment portfolio.
Ammann has set up a cutting-edge facility to produce ABG track and wheel pavers (7.5–10m), compactors, and bitumen sprayers. The plant integrates German engineering and advanced automation, including IIoT-enabled systems for efficient handling, real-time data monitoring, and quality control—strengthening Ammann’s global presence and commitment to innovation.
The facility is designed with a strong focus on sustainability, featuring solar panels, IIoT-enabled energy monitoring, LED lighting, skylights, and HVLS fans to reduce environmental impact. Ammann also emphasizes ethical manufacturing through robust waste management and recycling programs. Additionally, the center will provide training in Lean Six Sigma, quality assurance, advanced manufacturing, and international talent exchange programs.
